Officer Crew Establishment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To prepare forecasting on required crew numbers, particularly focusing on Crew productivity, operational flexibility and commercial changes.
• To produce KPI for pilots and cabin crew, and monitor behaviour of crew productivity.
• To analyze of various crew performance data, trend monitoring on monthly basis.
• To build long-term crew routes (pairings) up to date to cover the flying program optimally.
• To control, propose improvements of crew productivity and minimization of ineffectiveness of crew.
• Self-motivated to find solutions to analytical challenges.
• Exceptional critical thinking.
• Attention to details and accuracy in work.
• High ethics, including in matters of confidentiality of information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher Education in technical field (engineering, mathematic, physic, information technologies, statistic).
• High general IT literacy.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel User (main formulas, pivot tables and macros).
• Experience with programming languages is preferred (C++, Python, Java).
• Fluency in English (Advanced level).
• Good organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated to find solutions to analytical challenges.
