We are seeking an Office Manager / Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth daily office operations, provide high-quality service to employees and visitors, and support the coordination of administrative processes.
We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and well-organized professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to a positive office atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Manage office documentation and maintain correspondence records
- Coordinate the sending and receiving of documents, parcels, and equipment
- Provide administrative support to employees and office guests
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure visitor access arrangements
- Support onboarding processes for new employees
- Maintain records of office supplies, lockers, library items, and branded materials
- Process internal employee requests
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position
- Higher education degree
- English at A2 (Pre-Intermediate) level
- Confident use of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) and office equipment
- Understanding of basic office procedures, business etiquette, and formal correspondence
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
