About the Position

We are looking for a specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agents, and Power Platform, with a strong focus on designing and implementing AI agents, copilots, AI-powered workflows, and automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions for business productivity and process automation.
Develop and configure AI agents and custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including prompts, actions, knowledge sources, connectors, and agent orchestration.
Build AI-powered workflows and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Integrate AI agents and Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph API, and enterprise data sources.
Design and implement agent-based solutions that automate business processes and support conversational and task-oriented use cases.
Configure security, authentication, permissions, and governance for Copilot, agents, and integrated Microsoft services using Microsoft Entra ID and related Microsoft security capabilities.
Test, deploy, monitor, and optimize Copilot, AI agent, and automation solutions across development, test, and production environments.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate requirements into scalable Microsoft AI and automation solutions.
