Manager on anti-trust issues

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assessment of antimonopoly risks;
• Protection of the Company’s interests in relations with government authorities;
• Support and control of inspections from State authorities;
• Organization of work to reduce administrative barriers;
• Organization of signing and ratification of international treaties and agreements forming the legal framework of the EAEU;
• Interaction with antimonopoly authorities on issues of competition policy and economic regulation;
• Preparation of letters, complaints, and legal opinions on legal matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education in law or economics;
• Work experience at least 10 years, including not less than 5 years in the field of antimonopoly regulation/competition law.
