Develop and implement the strategy for learning and development of managers in line with the corporate L&D roadmap, strategic priorities, and business needs.
Design, deliver, and evaluate development programmes for different management levels, including supervisors, line managers, and senior executives.
Facilitate training sessions, leadership forums, and coaching sessions.
Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure that learning content remains relevant, practical, and aligned with business needs.
Integrate leadership competencies into performance management, succession planning, and talent pipeline processes.
Apply modern learning methodologies and formats, including experiential learning, blended learning, simulations, and online learning.
Measure and analyse programme effectiveness, including ROI and impact on business performance.
Manage programme budgets, timelines, and relationships with external learning providers.
Manage and develop the leadership team.
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in leadership development, corporate learning, talent management, or a related area.
Strong knowledge of leadership models, coaching approaches, and adult learning principles.
Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating management and leadership development programmes.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
Knowledge and experience with assessment tools, such as 360-degree feedback and psychometric assessments, would be an advantage.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting and stakeholder management.
Experience in aviation or another regulated industry would be an advantage.
