Responsibilities

• Advise customers on best practices in warehouse management to drive positive business outcomes
• Serve as the lead consultant coordinating implementation initiatives. Configure the Infor WMS application
• Work with Infor ION (integration) setup
• Oversee the deployment and customization of the Infor WMS system to support specific business processes and transportation strategies
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, from planning through implementation and post-go-live support
• Drive improvements across various Business object functions where necessary in optimizing and rationalizing the processes to achieve customer goals
• Build trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Primary point of contact to assignment sponsors and senior client staff within Logistics and Warehouse Management
• Expected to be self-managing and perform tasks without supervision, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
• Ensure that all work on assignment is carried out to meet or exceed client quality expectations; commit to delivering the right outcomes, deliverables and solutions to fit the client’s needs; ensure the appropriate quality controls are actively managed; continually initiate opportunities to exceed client expectations without making unreasonable commitments; work through ambiguity, providing clarity and structure throughout delivery of a project; use a flexible approach which results in a meaningful impact on the client’s business; work to build capability, best practice competencies, and skills within the client’s teams
• Develop respect and trust from EPAM and client colleagues by being supportive and highly reliable; Encourage collaboration to enhance performance within both client and EPAM teams; encourage and be open to different viewpoints, ideas, and contributions to help others feel valued, appreciated, and included. Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager grade or 4+ years of relevant Infor Warehouse Management (WMS) experience, including implementing Infor WMS at one or more relevant industries: Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing. Strong understanding of End-to-End WMS Business functions
• Supply chain experience acquired at large global technology consulting, consumer-packaged goods, and services companies, retailers, and CPG distributors
• A desire to continue to learn and expand your consulting capacity in Warehousing, Transportation, and Logistics
• Excellent understanding of Supply Chain Management and is known as an SME/thought leader in WMS Solutions. Brings expertise and insights into the solutions we deliver to build client capability; can quickly and appropriately identify and engage internal and external experts; is conversant with all areas of EPAM’s Consulting Service Framework; and provides thought leadership and knowledge capital that conveys our expertise externally through multiple channels
• Wide network of senior industry professionals and is well known to existing or potential clients
• Proven expertise in leveraging networks to seek opportunities for additional work
• Able to travel as needed
• At least a bachelor's degree; advanced education is appreciated
