Manager Budget Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, business plans and financial reports.
• Analyze actual versus budgeted and forecast costs, investigate variances and provide recommendations.
• Monitor catering supplier invoices, expenditure and timely payments.
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports on savings, over-catering, inventory and supplier KPI performance.
• Participate in tenders, negotiations and contract management in cooperation with Procurement and Planning teams.
• Monitor inventory and ensure catering equipment availability to support uninterrupted flight operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and processes in the LimeFlight system.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and investigate variances.
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas and large dataset analysis.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency inEnglish
