We are hiring a
Country DOPs Manager – Expansion to lead driver operations and support market growth across new and existing cities. This role will own end-to-end driver acquisition, onboarding, field execution, and operational performance management. You will work closely with local teams, agents, and partners to drive scalable processes, optimize key metrics, and ensure operational excellence. - Lead local driver operations: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and performance tracking.
- Manage field execution: hire, train, and coordinate local agents, guards, and freelance recruiters.
- Monitor key driver metrics: MR, Done Rate, Active/New Drivers, and identify improvement areas.
- Run daily ops processes: incentives, payouts, recruitment flows, guard program, and agency coordination.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain key operational dashboards.
- Communicate with drivers directly, through groups, and via CRM campaigns.
- Collect field feedback from drivers, agents, and partners to support launch and scaling decisions.
- Ensure proper handling of personal/sensitive data and follow internal compliance standards.
- Support city launches and scaling across multiple cities/regions.
- 2–3+ years of operations experience in ride-hailing, logistics, delivery, or other fast-paced industries.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and a solid understanding of operational KPIs.
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, training, and managing field teams, vendors, or external partners.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong communication skills and fluent English.
