We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer with solid expertise in ITOM, CSDM and integrations to support our multi-source, service-aware and self-healing CMDB. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners and ServiceNow engineers to deliver future-proof solutions and empower stakeholders to govern data effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to assess incoming demands and ensure data-related solution decisions are future-proof
- Work with ServiceNow engineers to create, refine and realize user stories
- Remediate incidents and fulfill requests within the area of responsibility
- Apply creative thinking, both conceptually and practically, to address complex challenges
- Create holistic solutions that address multi-source CMDB needs
- Empower business stakeholders to realize and govern data
- Support the multi-source, service-aware and self-healing CMDB through ITOM, CSDM and integrations
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Solid experience with multi-source CMDB, discovery (patterns) and IRE governance
- Proficiency in IH-ETL, service mapping and APM/TPM
- Understanding of CSDM and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) and ITOM modules
- Capability to create holistic solutions and empower business stakeholders to realize and govern data
- Skills in creative, conceptual and practical thinking
- Good communication skills, both clear and empathetic
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
