Senior Delivery Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Delivery Manager to join our Transformation Leadership Team and drive the execution of a large-scale AI SDLC Transformation program. In this role, you will oversee the Platform Engineering POD — the team responsible for building the foundational AI-native development toolset and the AIOps spine that powers next-generation software delivery.
Essential functions
- Execute the Platform Roadmap: Drive delivery of the foundational AI SDLC platform, ensuring milestones are met and quality is upheld.
- Backlog & Capacity Management: Own the team backlog end-to-end — prioritize, plan capacity, and remove blockers to keep delivery on track.
- Cross-Pod Orchestration: Manage complex dependencies between the Platform POD and the AI Agent POD, maintaining alignment and minimizing risk.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure platform delivery is synchronized with organizational adoption goals, productivity objectives, and Transformation Leadership priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Principal Architects, Transformation Managers, and senior leadership to communicate progress and drive decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase team throughput and engineering maturity.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Delivery Manager, Technical Program Manager, or equivalent leadership role on complex engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of modern Platform Engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Experience with AI-native development tools or AI-assisted engineering workflows is a significant advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Agile delivery: backlog management, sprint planning, capacity modeling, and dependency resolution across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders including architects, transformation leaders, and executive sponsors.
- Exceptional communication skills — able to translate technical complexity into clear, actionable updates for both engineering and business audiences.
- Track record of delivering at scale within large engineering organizations or enterprise transformation programs.
