Lead Security Platform Engineer
We are looking for a Lead Security Platform Engineer to design, build, and run scalable security controls across multi-cloud and enterprise environments using automation and engineering best practices. You will help raise security outcomes while reducing friction for engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design security controls that prevent, detect, and respond to threats across cloud and enterprise environments
- Own security platforms end-to-end to ensure reliability, scalability, and measurable security outcomes
- Build automation and tooling that reduce risk and improve engineering velocity
- Implement cloud security controls across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Harden CI/CD and software supply chain controls including secrets, dependencies, and pipeline governance
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code to standardize secure configurations
- Improve monitoring, alerting, documentation, and self-service capabilities through DevOps practices
- Partner with Security Operations, engineering teams, and vendors to strengthen overall security posture
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, automation, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering, platform engineering, or related roles
- Strong leadership skills to own security platforms end-to-end and drive measurable outcomes
- Proven project delivery experience improving controls through automation and workflow optimization
- Hands-on cloud skills across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Strong infrastructure security knowledge across network, identity, endpoint, and data controls
- Strong programming skills with Python and automation scripting
- Strong operational skills in monitoring, alerting, incident response, and continuous improvement
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with Security Operations, engineering teams, and vendors
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)

- Ansible experience for Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance
- CNAPPs and Cloud Security Posture Management experience, including Wiz CSPM
- Endpoint Detection and Response experience
- Microsoft Sentinel experience
- Kubernetes and Open Policy Agent experience
