Lead SAP FICO Consultant
We are looking for a Lead SAP FICO Consultant to become part of our organization.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges or inconsistencies encountered during SAP month-end activities
- Work closely with business partners to identify and clarify needs for new change requests
- Configure and implement system adjustments to fulfill evolving business requirements in SAP
- Advise team members on the practicality and implementation of innovative SAP solutions
- Evaluate the effects and potential risks of proposed changes to ensure they support organizational objectives
Requirements
- At least 5 years of direct experience working with SAP FICO, showcasing comprehensive expertise
- Minimum one year of experience leading and coordinating development teams
- Background in managing space and occupancy within SAP REFX to maximize efficiency
- Skilled in handling service charge settlements for precise financial reporting
- Understanding of subleasing workflows and their application in SAP REFX
- Familiarity with planning and budgeting processes, including PS module integration in REFX
- Capable of creating tailored KPI reporting solutions in REFX, with in-depth knowledge of the data structure
- Hands-on experience with IFRS 16 valuation processes in SAP
- Collaborative team member who communicates openly and supports collective achievements
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for seamless interaction with colleagues and stakeholders
- Well-organized, able to prioritize and handle multiple assignments effectively
- Self-reliant and proactive in managing responsibilities and tasks
- Proficient in English at B2+ level or above, both spoken and written, for clear international communication
Nice to have
- Familiarity with JIRA for tracking project progress and managing SAP-related issues
- Experience using ServiceNow to handle IT service requests and resolve incidents in SAP environments
