Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Salesforce solutions
• Produce detailed technical designs to guide implementation
• Own Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with other systems

Requirements

• Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce with strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Hands-on familiarity with Spec Kit and Claude Code
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
• Professional English proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level
