We are seeking a Lead Salesforce CRM Analytics Administrator to spearhead the design and development of CRM dashboards and components within our Asset Management organization.
This role involves leading a small team, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Analytics (CRMA) to deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of CRMA dashboards and components
- Manage datasets, dataflows, and recipes to meet analytics requirements
- Customize Salesforce functionality to align with business needs
- Handle troubleshooting and debugging of Salesforce applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions
- Work closely with a team of 6 to 10 professionals with diverse skill sets
- Implement business logic in Salesforce effectively
- Execute routine tasks with focus, managing multiple priorities
Requirements
- Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics (CRMA) with a demonstrated track record
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with Salesforce Primary Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate under tight deadlines
- Expertise in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Capability to lead a team and manage project deliverables
