- Direct impact on the company’s key product.
- Build a full-cycle QA process: from planning to final acceptance.
- Lead and develop the QA team: hiring, 1:1s, feedback, growth.
- Establish clear task prioritization and workload distribution within the team.
- Personally contribute to manual testing of new and existing features (mobile and PC).
- Introduce modern QA approaches and tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, producers, and designers.
- Experience in game development.
- At least 1 year of experience working on shooter projects.
- 2+ years as a QA Lead managing a team of 3+ people.
- 5+ years of hands-on manual testing experience.
- Solid understanding of hiring, onboarding, and feedback processes.
- Knowledge of mobile and PC game testing specifics.
- Experience with Git, understanding of CI/CD basics and SDLC.
- Experience working with Unity or on Unity-based projects.
- Experience with TMS and documentation tools (TestRail, Confluence, Notion, etc.).
- Understanding of test automation principles (to collaborate effectively with automation QA).
- Flexible work format: remote or from our offices in Yerevan or Cyprus.
- Official employment under Armenian Labor Code or remote contract from another country.
