Lead of Internal IT
We’re looking for a Lead of Internal IT to build and improve our Internal IT function together with the team. You’ll automate routine tasks, connect corporate services, make employee support faster and more reliable, and build efficient processes.
This role involves plenty of hands-on work, technical decision-making, and the freedom to choose the right tools. From corporate services and infrastructure to integrations, automation, and AI, you’ll build a connected IT environment that solves real business needs instead of adding unnecessary complexity.
What we want to see:
- Experience as an IT Lead or in a similar role.
- A solid understanding of the full Internal IT landscape, including corporate services, IAM/SSO/MFA, device management, ITSM, software and licenses, office infrastructure, and access control systems.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing end-to-end integrations and automation solutions.
- Experience managing a technical team, setting priorities, assigning tasks, and supporting team members’ professional growth.
- Practical experience using AI agents and AI tools.
- Conversational English.
- Willingness to work from one of our offices in Almaty or Belgrade.
- Russian language proficiency at C1 level.
What you'll do:
- Design and implement end-to-end Internal IT automation by connecting corporate systems through APIs, automation platforms, webhooks, and scripts.
- Automate key IT processes, including employee support, onboarding and offboarding, and access, device, software, and license management.
- Maintain and improve corporate IT services and office infrastructure, including networks, Wi-Fi, remote access, access control systems, meeting rooms, and equipment.
- Select and adapt Enterprise IT tools to meet the needs of a geographically distributed company.
- Lead the IT team by setting priorities, assigning tasks, monitoring results, and developing team members.
- Establish processes for documentation, knowledge sharing, and team backup coverage.
- Ensure the reliability and security of Internal IT while troubleshooting complex technical issues and addressing systemic problems.
