Lead JavaScript Developer for a Commercial Banking company

Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead JavaScript Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team focused on technical implementations
• Deliver accurate estimates, provide regular feedback and consistently meet project needs
• Technology agnostic approach in engineering
• Contributes actively to the overall architecture of the system
• Attends the Architecture work group sessions and leads the initiatives
• Balancing between doing it right and getting it done
• Handle difficult leadership situations
• Tackles hard debugging, incident response
• Anticipates changes and quickly adapts systems to serve customers needs the best way possible
• Provides mentorship and guidance to the other members of the team
• Assist and guide the Product Manager in project coordination.
• Work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript Development
• 1+ years of experience in Leadership
• Proficient with Typescript, NodeJS and ReactJS
• Leadership skills necessary
• Basics of technical project management
• Excellent technical abilities
• Strong debugging & troubleshooting skills
• CI/CD experience
• Benchmarking knowledge and optimization experience
• Adaptability to new technology
