We are searching for a Portuguese-speaking Lead Infrastructure Integration Engineer to lead infrastructure integration for M&A with minimal disruption to the business. Responsibilities
- Lead M&A infrastructure integration workstreams, covering Day 1 readiness activities and post-close delivery
- Plan and control infrastructure integration strategy, including roadmaps, milestones, TSA considerations, and rollback plans
- Execute technical discovery and assess current-state environments; define target-state architectures and integration approaches
- Collaborate with teams across Network & Connectivity (WAN/LAN, VPN, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, segmentation), Identity & Access (AD/Azure AD/Entra, SSO/MFA, IAM, privileged access), Messaging & Collaboration (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace migrations), Endpoint & Device Management (Intune/SCCM/MDM, patching, encryption), Server/Cloud Platforms (Windows/Linux, virtualization, AWS/Azure/GCP), and ITSM & Monitoring (ServiceNow, CMDB, logging/observability)
- Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and risk management standards (data protection, access controls, audits)
- Partner with application, security, workplace, and business teams and coordinate vendors or managed service providers as needed
- Report progress and maintain risk/issue tracking with visibility for program and executive leadership
- Control resourcing forecasts and budgets for integration programs
- Prepare documentation and operational runbooks to support smooth operational handover
Requirements
- At least 5+ years in IT infrastructure roles, including 1+ years leading complex initiatives spanning multiple IT domains
- Relevant experience delivering M&A infrastructure integration or similar large-scale integration/migration programs
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise infrastructure spanning networking, identity (AD/Azure AD/SSO), and endpoint management (Intune/SCCM/MDM), plus familiarity with cloud/hybrid and foundational security principles
- Strong ability to coordinate geographically dispersed teams using influence rather than direct authority
- Demonstrated strength in program/project delivery, including governance, planning, risk management, and contingency preparation
- Clear and effective communication skills for presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Hands-on involvement in TSA planning/execution or divestiture separation projects, with knowledge of Zero Trust and cloud migration frameworks
- Written and spoken English at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level
- Brazilian Portuguese proficiency at B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) level
