Lead Identity and Access Management Engineer

Responsibilities
- Deliver SSO capabilities for multiple applications using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Manage the full authentication token lifecycle, including issuance, validation, renewal, and revocation
- Enable interoperability by integrating and supporting identity protocols across diverse systems
- Partner with application and infrastructure teams to align identity solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms
- Enforce security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies across all integrations
- Troubleshoot and fix authentication, authorization, and SSO configuration issues
- Produce and maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
- Evaluate emerging identity technologies and recommend improvements to strengthen security and efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management or closely related roles
- Deep expertise with Identity Management platforms, Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions
- Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization standards including SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Hands-on competency implementing and optimizing solutions in Auth0, including addressing realignment needs
- Proven background collaborating with integration teams to apply identity standards consistently across multiple platforms
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
