Lead Functional Consultant - SAP VIM
We are seeking a Lead Functional Consultant specializing in SAP VIM to join our team and drive innovative solutions in optimizing vendor invoice management processes. This role will involve close collaboration with finance and procurement teams to ensure seamless SAP VIM integration, delivering enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Resolve SAP VIM tickets and change requests promptly
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align SAP VIM functionalities with business needs
- Customize and optimize SAP VIM features like invoice capture, data extraction, workflow approval, and reporting
- Facilitate integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and related systems to ensure accurate data flow
- Conduct system testing, identify technical issues, and ensure effective SAP VIM operation
- Provide training and support for end-users on SAP VIM functionalities and troubleshooting
- Monitor industry advancements to implement upgrades and enhancements for SAP VIM
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet agreed deadlines and budgets
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines for SAP VIM
- Lead small teams to achieve technical and project objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience with SAP VIM, including configuration and customization
- Strong understanding of vendor invoice management processes and accounts payable best practices
- Expertise in integrating SAP VIM with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and third-party systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for technical complexities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders
- SAP VIM certification
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
