This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the client's office in Wrocław, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and deployment of backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Oversee the creation of intuitive front-end components with ReactJS
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage)
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and safe releases across environments
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering best practices in software engineering and DevOps
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver low-latency, high-reliability solutions
- Drive Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation initiatives (Terraform experience is a plus)
Requirements
- 8+ years of Java development experience with strong Spring Boot expertise
- 4+ years of front-end development with ReactJS (Angular experience is also acceptable)
- 3+ years of hands-on CI/CD pipeline engineering
- 3+ years of experience building Azure cloud-native systems (AKS, Functions, App Services, etc.)
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving technical decisions
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs and cloud security fundamentals
- Experience with containers (Docker) and Kubernetes/AKS

- Experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation
