We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer with a primary focus on front-end (TypeScript/React + Next.js) and proven back-end capabilities to join our team.
This position focuses on building high-quality software and solving complex engineering problems in close collaboration with the customer's teams. This is a high-profile project, and the work involved will be mainly new feature development using a modern tech stack.
Note: While this role carries a Lead seniority level, the scope is strictly individual contributor with no leading or management activities.
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to AI adoption and integration within the team's development processes
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable front-end and back-end services
- Participate in feature development, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with the customer to understand requirements and provide updates
- Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, and documentation
- Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in front-end development with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Proven back-end experience with the flexibility to use Python or Go for cross-stack contributions
- Understanding of AI capabilities and practical experience contributing to AI-related solutions, including the ability to identify areas where AI can be effectively applied and define requirements to build such solutions
- Background in scalable cloud-based web services and microservices (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Focus on code quality, automated testing, and continuous delivery
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team and with customers
- English level B2 or higher
