The format prioritizes interaction over presentations: group work, dialogue-based sessions, and dynamic facilitation.
We are
seeking an experienced facilitator who can confidently guide senior audiences, maintain authority and credibility with C-level leaders, and drive high participant engagement throughout the event.
Duration: 3 days (with prep sessions in advance)
Time commitment: short-term / project-based
Summit Themes:
- Strategy execution and leadership alignment
- Short reflection on 2025 and key learnings
- Forward-looking discussion on company vision and priorities
- External speaker sessions on AI and Autonomous Vehicles
- Customer Experience block developed by the internal team
You’ll need to:
- Lead and moderate the full three-day program
- Ensure high engagement across all leadership levels
- Facilitate group work, discussions, and interactive formats
- Collaborate with the organizing team to refine and finalize the agenda
- Align the flow, tone, and energy of the event with key strategic objectives
- Serve as a credible, trusted counterpart for C-level speakers and participants
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilitation of senior-level leadership events
- Proven ability to work with C-suite executives and large leadership groups
- Strong presence, authority, and ability to drive engagement
- Advanced business English (fluent)
- Experience with interactive and non-presentation-heavy formats is strongly preferred
