Lead DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to join our remote team, responsible for the development lifecycle, process automation, and continuous integration of overall CTC stack. In this role, you will design and build high-performance pipelines by applying IAAC practices, manage development build environments and tools, and collaborate closely with the customer's infrastructure team to manage and maintain complex solutions. Responsibilities
- Design and build high-performance pipelines by applying IAAC practices
- Manage development build environments and tools, coordinating with the customer's infrastructure team to manage and maintain complex solutions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to the development lifecycle and continuous integration of overall CTC stack
- Apply DevOps principles to automate and streamline the delivery of software releases
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and deploy Docker containers
- Design and implement Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD
- Create and manage Azure resources, including Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions
- Ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance
Requirements
- Highly skilled DevOps/CI/CD engineer with at least 5 years of experience
- 1+ year of team leading experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Azure DevOps
- Experience with Git, Jenkins (Shared Libraries), and Sonar, with a focus on building application pipelines
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Ansible, with experience in monitoring (NewRelic, Zabbix) and logging tools (Sumologic)
- Proficient in Artifactory and virtualized environments, with experience in CI/CD for FE frameworks (React.js)
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Service-oriented and excellent communication skills, with very good verbal and written English communication skills
