Lead DevOps Engineer - Amazon Connect

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, automate, deploy, and operate an enterprise Amazon Connect contact center platform using AWS architecture, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code. You will take solutions from concept to production while setting modern engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and engineering of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform
Architect secure, scalable AWS solutions that support contact center workflows and integrations
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable reliable, repeatable releases
Implement Infrastructure as Code with AWS CloudFormation to automate provisioning and changes
Own production readiness practices including deployment governance, versioning, and code reviews
Troubleshoot complex platform issues across cloud services, networking, integrations, and applications
Coordinate integration patterns between Amazon Connect and AWS services using APIs and events
Automate operational tasks using scripting and tooling to improve reliability and speed
Define engineering standards for configuration, security, and observability across the platform
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and delivery plans

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect in enterprise environments
5+ years of experience with AWS architecture for serverless and event-driven solutions
Proven technical leadership experience owning platform modernization and operational excellence
Strong project delivery skills taking concepts through production releases
Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience with Git-driven development and deployment governance
Advanced Infrastructure as Code skills with AWS CloudFormation and IaC development and maintenance
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency for clear collaboration and documentation
