Lead Data Scientist (LLM)

We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to deliver high-impact modeling work, including migrating existing solutions to Azure Machine Learning while partnering with a distributed team. You will take ownership of model transitions and adapt to evolving priorities—apply now to help shape what we build next.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration of three models from Data IQ to Azure Machine Learning
• Deliver transition of one LLM-based model to the target Azure ML environment
• Deliver transition of two classical machine learning models to the target Azure ML environment
• Assess current model artifacts, dependencies, and data flows to plan migration steps
• Coordinate priorities and timelines with onshore and offshore stakeholders
• Validate migrated models to ensure functional parity and acceptable performance
• Adapt solutions and technical approach as future scope and requirements evolve

Requirements

• 5+ years of data science experience including machine learning delivery
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLM)
• Lead-level ownership and mentoring ability in a data science team
• Model migration experience moving solutions between platforms or environments
• Strong applied machine learning knowledge across classical ML and LLM-based approaches
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing scope
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
