Responsibilities
- Define the technology vision for AI/ML-driven solutions in collaboration with EPAM's clients and teams
- Offer strategies to solve business challenges
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver value-oriented solutions to clients
- Remain informed on the latest advancements in Data Science and AI
- Mentor and advance the organization's Data Science skills
- Drive key initiatives in AI and Data Science
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in Data Science and Machine Learning in production settings
- Proficiency in at least two areas: Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning Engineering, Computer Vision, Time Series, or Recommendation Systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Expertise in Deep Learning methodologies
- Programming skills, preferably in Python
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- B2+ level of English proficiency, both written and verbal

- Proven background in collaborating with clients in the Middle East region
- Experience in Oil and Gas or E-commerce industries
