We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to act as a subject matter expert within Accessibility Analysis.
You will work at various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Participate in gathering requirements, analysis, design, implementation and testing
- Analyze and document functional and technical requirements and create specifications
- Utilize different software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work
- Participate in application and user acceptance testing
- Facilitate effective communication between customers and technical team by translating operational language into technical terminology
- Create high-quality analysis and requirement documentation
Requirements
- 4 years of employment experience in the job offered (Lead Business Analyst), Business Consultant, Managing Consultant, Principal Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, Product Owner, Process Analyst, Functional Analyst, Software Maintenance Engineer, Project Manager, Product Manager, Software Testing Engineer, QA Engineer, QA Analyst, or closely related occupation
- Requirement management, including eliciting, analyzing, validating, formalization, and regulation of requirements in written format
- Creating and maintaining specification documentation
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- At least one of the following software development methodologies: RUP, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban
- At least one of following BA techniques/tools: SWOT analysis, requirement analysis, use case modeling, BPM, or mind mapping
- Modeling and analyzing business processes using at least one of the following modeling languages: UML or BPMN
