Lead Azure Cloud Engineer

We are expanding our team with a Lead Cloud Engineer to ensure Microsoft Azure platforms stay resilient, secure, and efficient.

You will improve deployment practices, implement infrastructure as code and CI/CD, and coordinate with cybersecurity and delivery teams—apply today.

Responsibilities

• Assess build and deployment processes to identify efficiency gaps and improvement areas
• Develop infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows to back modernization initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust systems to sustain scalability and reliability
• Support deployments of platforms and capabilities across multiple environments and address technical challenges
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Maintain and align technical documentation with organizational requirements

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Cloud Engineer
• Expertise in operating and managing Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, and Helm in containerized environments
• Strong understanding of networking concepts relevant to containerized environments
• Hands-on skills with Azure Pipelines, Terraform, Argo, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows
• Proficiency in programming with C#, Java, or Python
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions
• Flexibility and resilience to deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Advanced English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher

• Knowledge of advanced Azure tools and services to optimize cloud infrastructure performance and efficiency
