Lead AI Engineer
We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI models and algorithms
- Oversee the implementation of machine learning pipelines and workflows
- Guide the integration of AI solutions into production systems
- Mentor and support team members in AI engineering best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and technical requirements
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools and frameworks for AI projects
- Monitor and optimize model performance and scalability
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical standards in AI development
- Conduct research to stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends
- Document technical processes and share knowledge across the organization
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI engineering or related fields
- At least one year of experience managing or leading teams of 5 or more engineers
- Proven track record delivering AI and GenAI projects from concept to functional prototypes
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable technical roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Strategic mindset focused on prioritizing innovation that drives significant business outcomes
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and defining structure where direction is unclear
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud’s ecosystem for building scalable and sustainable AI solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English at B2+ level or higher
