Responsibilities

• Lead Advent Geneva development across RSL/RDL reporting, configuration, customization, and production support
• Design robust solutions that align FP&A needs with investment management and asset management workflows
• Implement and maintain Geneva configurations to ensure accurate accounting and portfolio outputs
• Build and optimize SQL queries and scripts to support reporting, reconciliation, and data quality checks
• Coordinate integrations with upstream and downstream systems to maintain reliable data flows
• Troubleshoot issues across the trade lifecycle and resolve defects to meet operational timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical deliverables
• Document configurations, report logic, and support procedures to improve maintainability

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Advent Geneva experience including RSL/RDL development, configuration, customization, and support
• Proven leadership experience guiding technical delivery and supporting teammates in a lead capacity
• Strong investment management and asset management domain experience
• Solid Advent Geneva reporting and configuration skills across end-to-end support needs
• Good SQL and scripting skills for data analysis and automation
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to financial data
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for effective collaboration and documentation

• Portfolio Management knowledge including positions, performance, and reporting concepts
