We are looking for an experienced Lead 3D Character Artist for an unannounced project

You are a good fit for us if:

• You can give both technical and artistic feedback.
• You have experience in mentoring and checking 3D artists, maintaining production asserts.
• Can work with styling, game engines, and understand the modern video game asset production pipeline.
• Speak/listen fluently and conduct business communication in English.
• Ready to work in a team with a group of artists and contact with the customer (calls, emails).

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience working in outsource teams or in a game development team.
• Art Education or artistic background.

• Ability to work under conditions of clear planning and meeting deadlines.
• High level of responsibility, involvement in the work processes.
• Ability to work with creative people, be communicative, persuasive.
• Ability to find compromises and better solutions in difficult situations.
• Ability to show initiative, search for ideas and solutions to tasks.

Additionally:

• Fluency in Russian language required as well.
• Requires own, remote workstation.
• Headset of headphones and microphone for calls.
• Windows 11 or higher and up-to-date versions of all programs used.
