Requirements
- Basic experience in marketing / SMM / traffic acquisition, or completed courses in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Understanding of key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPI, ROAS)
- Strong interest in performance marketing and willingness to grow in User Acquisition
- An analytical mindset with the ability to draw simple insights from data
- Basic research skills (audience, competitors, trends)
- Ability to collaborate with creative teams
Responsibilities
- Launch and run campaigns for creatives testing
- Monitor campaign performance
- Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and prepare simple performance reports
- Collaborate with CP and designers to generate creative ideas
- Propose and document test hypotheses (creatives, audiences, campaign approaches)
- Research on target audiences, competitors, and market trends
- Support campaign setup, tracking, and quality checks
- Gradually take ownership of specific ad networks or campaigns with mentorship
