Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd Level Support, handling incident and service tickets in accordance with SLA requirements
- Perform technical monitoring of a solution, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the solution
- Collaborate with IT team and end users to analyze, reproduce, and resolve issues
- Use Jira and Confluence for ticket tracking, project coordination, and documentation
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to the custom solution
- Document support processes, resolutions, and client interactions accurately
Requirements
- Motivated individual who is eager to learn
- Understanding of business processes within a company environment
- Upper-Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written (B2+)
- Residence in Ukraine (remote work is available only for candidates based in Ukraine)
- Practical experience in identifying and resolving technical issues with the solution
Nice to have
- Background in customer support or previous experience as a support agent
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience as a SAP user
