Junior Project Manager

We’re looking for a driven, proactive, and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our Partnership & Distribution Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants to learn how real business launches happen. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, bring structure to projects, and gain first-hand experience in project execution, operations, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support project launches from planning to rollout.
• Ensure teams deliver on time and maintain clear documentation.
• Create and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress summaries.
• Work closely with Territory Sales Heads (TSHs) and Regional Sales Heads (RSHs) on rollout activities.
• Consolidate project updates and prepare reports for management.
• Participate in daily operational follow-ups and support structured progress reviews.
• Capture and document best practices and insights from project participants.

• Energetic, organized, and eager to learn - you enjoy bringing order to complex situations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas; VLOOKUP is a plus).
• Adaptable and calm under pressure — thrives in changing environments.

• Experience in project coordination, business operations, consulting, fintech, startups, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, student organizations, volunteer initiatives, entrepreneurial projects, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex tasks and drive execution.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
• Exposure to data analysis, reporting, or business performance tracking is a plus.
