Salmon is a rapidly growing consumer fintech group, founded in July 2022 with the vision of building the leading credit-led neobank in Southeast Asia.

We’re looking for a driven, proactive, and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our Partnership & Distribution Group.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wants to learn how real business launches happen. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, bring structure to projects, and gain first-hand experience in project execution, operations, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support project launches from planning to rollout.
- Ensure teams deliver on time and maintain clear documentation.
- Create and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress summaries.
- Work closely with Territory Sales Heads (TSHs) and Regional Sales Heads (RSHs) on rollout activities.
- Consolidate project updates and prepare reports for management.
- Participate in daily operational follow-ups and support structured progress reviews.
- Capture and document best practices and insights from project participants.
- Energetic, organized, and eager to learn — you enjoy bringing order to complex situations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (basic formulas; VLOOKUP is a plus).
- Adaptable and calm under pressure — thrives in changing environments.
- A growth-minded individual who sees this internship as a launchpad to a project management career.
- Graduate or graduating student from one of the Top 3 Philippine Universities:
- University of the Philippines (UP)
- Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU)
- De La Salle University (DLSU)
- Previous internship or work experience with any of the Big 3 consulting firms:
- McKinsey & Company
- Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
- Bain & Company
- Experience in consulting, fintech, or operations roles.
- Leadership experience in student organizations, events, or campus projects.
