The IT company Andersen invites a Junior Payroll Specialist to join its team.

Responsibilities
– Participation in the settlement process with B2B contractors across multiple countries.
– Gaining hands-on experience in monitoring payroll for employees under employment contracts in several countries.
– Learning to work with outsourcing companies: transferring data for payroll calculation and reviewing completed payroll calculations.
– Gradual immersion into the payroll approval process.
– Developing communication skills with employees regarding payroll inquiries via the internal ticketing system.
– Studying the full-cycle payroll calculation process for B2B contractors in 1C.
Requirements
– Higher education in accounting, finance, or economics.
– Understanding of payroll principles, taxes, and deductions.
– Knowledge of 1C.
– Friendliness, composure, readiness for intensive communication with people and work in an international environment.
– English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
Nice to have
– Previous experience in payroll.
