Our customer Order Fulfilment team is looking for a Services Supply Chain Order Fulfilment Specialist. In this role, you'll be a critical member of the ISG Services Support team. Order fulfillment, supply management, backlog management, problem management and resolution, strong Microsoft Office skills, written & verbal communication skills are critical, including English fluency as well as relevant experience in supply chain, and order fulfillment or planning.
Responsibilities
- Manage fulfillment of customer orders e2e, from creation to Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Manage order fulfillment within the customer Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Perform Backlog management, minimize customer backlog and avoid an ageing backlog.
- Customer and internal Escalation Management.
- Support Parts Escalation Desk (PED).
- Parts Delivery Time (PDT) management: end-to-end order management from order receipt to order delivery.
- Parts Ship Date (PSD) management: pull-in replenishment, rebalance supply, direct ship, supply escalation.
- Parts Delivery Level (PDL) management: track shipments, collaborate with the logistics team, internal & external escalation.
- Daily performance report to Service Support team & WW Services Supply Chain (SSC).
- Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting based on historical demand and install base.
- Develop and implement new processes as needed to support the growing requirements of the business.
SKILLS
Must have
- 1-3 years of directly related experience required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Excellent communication - Verbal, Written, English fluent.
- Relevant work experience in supply chain, order fulfillment, planning.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - highly adept with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Self-directed individual, Detail-oriented, Problem Solver, Acts with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment in which infrastructure and processes may not be fully defined.
- Customer-focused for both internal and external customers.
- Proven ability to manage detail-oriented tasks with exceptional levels of quality.
