Junior Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer to help improve cloud delivery by strengthening infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability, scalability, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Design CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows to improve delivery speed and consistency
Build and maintain infrastructure as code to support repeatable, reliable environments
Analyze existing build and release processes to identify gaps and propose improvements
Support deployments across environments and troubleshoot issues to restore service quickly
Ensure system reliability through monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization
Collaborate with cybersecurity stakeholders to align deployments with security and compliance needs
Develop and update technical documentation, standards, and runbooks

Requirements

1+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure
Basic collaboration skills with security teams to support secure and compliant deployments
Hands-on experience working across multiple environments (dev, test, prod) and supporting releases
Containerization knowledge with Kubernetes and Podman, plus Helm fundamentals
CI/CD pipeline experience with tools such as Azure Pipelines or GitHub Actions
Programming skills in C#, Java, Python, or a similar language
Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
