- Develop creative strategies and concepts to promote the mobile application
- Collaborate closely with the Product and UA teams to identify the app’s key features and advantages, and try different collaborative approaches to boost performance
- Optimize creatives based on analytical data and user feedback
- Conduct competitor research to analyze best practices in the market
- Create advertisements for Meta, Google, and other networks
- Organize brainstorming sessions with the team
- Write briefs for UGC, evaluate results, and make revisions to improve performance
- Collaborate with designers and illustrators to quickly test ideas
- Balance creativity with performance goals
- Combine strong ideation skills with structured thinking
- Understand modern trends across social media platforms
- Initial hands-on experience or completion of an internship/training program in marketing, creative, SMM, or related fields
- Strong interest in ideation and bringing creative concepts to life within a product
- Desire to work with marketing metrics and not be afraid of numbers
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Ability to think structurally, take responsibility for tasks, and be open to feedback
- Experience working with Meta Ads
- Understanding of marketing metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, ROMI, LTV
- Ability to work with analytical tools (Tableau, etc.)
