We are looking for a Junior Community Manager to join a multicultural team dedicated to supporting large-scale tech programs for a global client. In this role, you will jumpstart your career in the fast-evolving landscape of Developer Relations, gaining hands-on experience in program operations and communication while learning how complex technical communities are built and maintained. Responsibilities
- Administer the onboarding and offboarding processes for new community members and agencies
- Gather engagement data and monitor discussions to identify trends, pain points and opportunities for program improvement
- Support stakeholders and communities with standard FAQs, drafting communication templates and newsletters
- Assist in reporting activities, manage travel processes (e.g., verifying applications) and conduct simple research activities
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation and help curate a knowledge base of helpful resources
Requirements
- No prior corporate experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a B2/C1 level
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and work comfortably in a multitasking environment
- Proactive mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have
- Background in being a member, organizer or lead of a community (e.g., student organizations, developer groups, NGOs, charity organizations)
- Capability to quickly learn new tools and administration platforms
- Proficiency in Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail)
- Familiarity with community management platforms (like Slack, Discord) and project management tools (like Asana, Trello)
- Experience in organizing and executing online or offline events
