JavaScript Full-Stack Engineering Team Lead
We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Team Lead to guide and inspire a team of 4 engineers.
The ideal candidate will play an active role in establishing and enhancing our Scrum team and software development best practices.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze project requirements
- Provide guidance on creating an efficient Scrum team
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvements within the team
- Implement functionalities using the TypeScript, Next.js, and NestJS tech stack
- Ensure coding standards, documentation, and designs meets business needs
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative team environment
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Assist in architecture design and review of solutions
- Manage code reviews and set technical direction for the team
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Requirements
- Proficiency in Next.js, ReactJS, and TypeScript with 5+ years of working experience
- Background in leading a full-stack development team
- Expertise in implementing Scrum methodologies
- Skills in conducting code reviews and architectural decision-making
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
