Java Engineer Intern Kyiv

Essential functions
- Learning under the supervision of an experienced programmer
- Spend 40 hours per week for 6 months on developing yourself in your chosen field
- Working closely with your mentor on daily tasks
- Collaborating with the team in a hybrid model: 3 days per week in our office and 2 days remotely is mandatory
Qualifications
Good knowledge of:
- Java syntax and standard library
- Fundamental knowledge of relational databases
- Fundamental knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
Basic understanding of:
- Windows/Linux-based OS and shell
- Java collections
- Networking
- I/O
- SQL
- English: Intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
- Education: University degree or final year of studies in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related disciplines
- This role is based in our office in Kyiv. Being located in Kyiv or within a comfortable commuting distance is preferred to support our 3+2 hybrid work model.
