Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end solution design for complex business and technology initiatives Translate business requirements into robust, scalable and compliant architectures Act as the technical authority ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards Responsibilities:
- Design solution architectures across applications, integrations, data and infrastructure
- Define target architectures, roadmaps, and transition states
- Collaborate closely with engineering, security, operations, and business stakeholders
- Ensure solutions comply with architecture principles, security, risk and regulatory requirements
- Support delivery teams through design reviews, key technical decisions and governance forums
SKILLS
Must have
- Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale solutions
- Hands‑on background in software engineering or platform engineering
- Experience working with distributed teams and multiple delivery streams
- Familiarity with cloud‑ready and DevOps‑oriented architectures
- Strong experience in solution and application architecture
- Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, data, and integration patterns
- Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, cost and risk
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear architectural communication skills
- Comfortable operating in large, complex, regulated environments
- Other: mandatory 2 days / week onsite on client's premises / bvd Dimitrie Pompeiu
Nice to have
• Experience with workflow / BPM platforms (e.g. Camunda‑based ecosystems) • Exposure to open‑source platforms or community‑driven architectures • Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern integration approaches • Prior experience in financial services or highly regulated industries
