IT Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise initiatives in a hybrid delivery environment. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination and the ability to drive alignment between business, technical teams and external vendors. You will play a key role in ensuring successful project execution from initiation through go-live and handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring and closure across Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies
- Engage and align diverse stakeholders, including Digital Line Partners, Product Owners and vendors
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues
- Manage resource allocation, team formation and vendor coordination, including contract and performance management
- Ensure alignment between business, technical teams and PMO governance standards
- Support go-live readiness, stabilization and final handover
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery excellence
Requirements
- Strong understanding of architecture dependencies and ability to collaborate with technical SMEs
- Experience managing procurement and vendor engagements, including bidding and package preparation
- Proven ability to drive hybrid delivery models, combining Waterfall and Agile/Scrum practices
- PMP certification
- Agile or Scrum certification (e.g., CSM)
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps and dashboarding tools
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken
