Intern in Finance Department FlyArystan

FlyArystan is looking for an Intern to join the Finance Department.

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented and motivated intern who is eager to gain practical experience in finance and accounting, develop skills in working with financial data and learn about the specifics of the aviation industry.

Requirements

1. Final-year university student or recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions and supplier settlement processes.
3. Good command of MS Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables) and other MS Office applications.
4. Basic English proficiency for working with invoices, contracts and correspondence with international suppliers.
5. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility and ability to handle large volumes of information.
6. Willingness to learn ERP systems (Oracle), internal financial procedures and the specifics of aviation-related expenses.
7. Good communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team and meet established deadlines.
8. Availability for a full-time internship, five days a week (Monday to Friday), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Main Responsibilities

1. Assist in verifying supplier invoices and supporting documents for compliance with contractual terms and applicable tariffs.
2. Prepare and organize data in Excel for airport and station expense reflection and analysis.
3. Participate in supplier reconciliations and monitoring of outstanding invoices and unused prepayments.
4. Collect and analyze information on tariffs applied by airports and other suppliers.
5. Support the team during the monthly financial closing process.
6. Assist in preparing reports, maintaining invoice registers and organizing electronic document archives.
7. Support reporting automation and optimization of internal financial processes.

Previous work experience is not required. We value willingness to learn, responsibility, attention to detail and motivation to develop professionally in the field of finance.
