We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Consultant to take ownership of our Saviynt platform's day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will keep the identity environment stable, secure, and scalable while managing incidents, service requests, and continuous improvements. You will collaborate across HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure access works seamlessly, first time, every time. While our current setup is functional, it remains underutilized — your mission is to stabilize what exists and unlock greater value from the platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations of the Saviynt platform
- Resolve incidents and service requests end-to-end
- Troubleshoot and fix provisioning failures across HR → Saviynt → Microsoft Entra ID → applications
- Replace manual provisioning with automated flows using SCIM/API where possible
- Standardize and clean up access requests and workflows
- Collaborate with the QA team to set up automated testing
- Review and optimize roles and entitlements
- Partner directly with the Saviynt vendor and implementation partners
- Increase the adoption and use of existing Saviynt capabilities
- Drive improvements in automation, governance, and analytics maturity
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt (non-negotiable)
- Background in fixing and running live IGA environments, not just implementing them
- Strong understanding of IGA concepts including RBAC, SoD, certifications and lifecycle management
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and identity provisioning
- Familiarity with SCIM, APIs and identity integrations
- Experience working with HR-driven identity systems such as SuccessFactors or similar
- Fluent communication skills in English at a B2+ level
