HR Specialist
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and continue to grow with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.

About the position
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Specialist to support our growing international team in Cyprus. In this role, you will work across a broad range of HR functions — from administrative tasks to people processes — helping us build a supportive, compliant and engaging environment for our team members.
- Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and employee records.
- Maintain and update internal HR databases and systems.
- Organize and support employee lifecycle processes (promotions, documentation).
- Ensure compliance with Cypriot labor laws and HR regulations.
- Coordinate benefits, insurance, sick leaves, and absence tracking.
- Communicate with payroll, legal and finance departments on HR-related data.
- Assist with employee surveys and feedback collection.
- Support internal communication and HR policies rollout.
- Contribute to HR initiatives: engagement activities, process improvements.
- Collaborate with other administration team members and support them to facilitate the daily processes.
- 2+ years of HR experience (preferably in Cyprus or with international teams).
- Strong understanding of Cypriot employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in administrative HR operations and document handling.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience working with Google Workspace, HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob), and task management tools.
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and discretion.
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
