HR Manager
CreedRoomz is currently looking for an HR Manager to join the team.

Requirements
- Lead the mass hiring of Game Presenters, Shufflers, and Studio Managers, technical specialists
- Manage full-cycle HR admin, including contract preparation, local labor law compliance, and personnel file management
- Research, propose, and implement a competitive localized benefit package (e.g., medical insurance, transport, and gym access)
- Conduct ongoing salary benchmarking and trend analysis against competitive iGaming companies to ensure high retention
- Integrate and manage the company’s KPI system for the local workforce
Responsibilities
- Over three years of hands-on HR experience, with a proven track record in high-volume hiring within the BPO, Customer Support, or Gaming/iGaming sectors
- Native or full professional fluency in Romanian, alongside fluency in English, is a must
- Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and compliance standards
- High accountability, strong organizational skills, and comfort thriving in a fast-paced, shift-based operational environment
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry is strongly preferred
