- Leadership experience
- 3+ years managing cross-functional creative teams, including team leads
- Comfortable making tough calls with imperfect data — communicating them clearly, owning outcomes

- Deep experience with performance creative for web-to-app subscription products — including optimization under rising CPA and platform constraints (Meta PQ, Andromeda)
- Track record building creative testing frameworks that produce a reliable signal, not noise
- Strong analytical thinking — can read data, form hypotheses, and validate through experiments
- AI and automation
- Strategic understanding of how AI integrates into creative production — from ideation to QA to scaling
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in creative workflows (or strong intent to build expertise quickly)
- Audience and category fit
- Experience with female audiences, ideally in beauty, wellness, or health categories, would be an advantage

- Set the creative strategy for Luvly — define which angles, formats, and audiences we test, and which we double down on
- Translate audience insights into creative directions — partner with product and analytics to understand what resonates and why
- Drive R&D in creative production — explore emerging formats, test new approaches, and bring back learnings the team can scale
- Team and process
- Lead and develop three teams (creative production, design, automation), totaling 20+ people, including team leads
- Drive creative success rate as the core team KPI — own the diagnosis, the plan, and the execution
- Build creative processes that scale: from ideation to QA to performance review
- Execution and decisions
- Make calls on creative direction backed by data, not opinion — and own those calls
- Decide what to test, how to test it, and when to scale or kill — own the experimentation framework
- Partner with the automation lead to design and execute the AI/automation strategy — building systems that scale creative output without scaling team size proportionally
- Partner closely with media buying, product, and analytics to align creative output with business priorities
