Growth is one of the biggest bets at Salmon. Multiple products, a customer base that's been growing fast, and a real opportunity to shape how each one scales.
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own how a product grows — decide where we place our bets, and turn a fragmented set of experiments into a real growth engine.
This isn't a role where you execute someone else's roadmap. You'll set the direction for growth in the Philippines. That means getting into the heads of our users — understanding what they need, what holds them back, and what makes them trust a product enough to make it part of their financial life. A higher bar than getting them to download another app.
You'll report to the Head of Growth and work closely with marketing, product, business, acquisition, design, origination, affiliates, and web/SEO. No direct reports, but a lot of leverage. The bets you ship will move real numbers on products that matter commercially.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, prioritize, and manage a backlog of growth hypotheses focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention for Deposits & Daily Banking products.
- Act as a project manager for growth experiments — coordinating with acquisition, design, product, origination, affiliate, and web/SEO teams to execute and measure results.
- Design and run A/B tests across paid channels, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
- Analyze user and campaign data to identify bottlenecks in the funnel and propose data-driven improvements.
- Build and maintain a structured experiment tracking system with clear learnings and next steps.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to test new messaging and visual approaches aimed at improving users' quality.
- Present results, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay updated on best practices and new growth tactics within fintech and performance marketing.
Requirements and expectations
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product growth, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital consumer services.
- Proven track record of managing A/B tests and data-driven experiments across marketing and product channels.
- Strong analytical mindset — ability to interpret data, define success metrics, and turn insights into actions.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization, and user lifecycle metrics.
- Experience working with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, AppsFlyer, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Creative and experimental mindset — comfortable with testing bold ideas and learning fast.
- Fluent in English; familiarity with the Philippine market is a plus.
